5. How do I use my less2talk prepaid phone card?
- To
place a call you must dial 1-888-798-0000.
- An
IVR will instruct you to enter the 10 digit card number found
on the back of your card. This card number can be displayed by
scratching off the grey protective cover on the back of the card.
- Once
the IVR has validated your card number and informed you of the
balance remaining on the card, you can place a call.
For
calls to Canada and the United States dial:
1 + area code + phone number
For calls to overseas destinations dial:
011 + country code + city code + phone number

Can I use this card from overseas destinations?
No.
This card can only be used from Canada and the United States.

Is there an additional charge to use this card from the United States?
Yes.
You will pay an additional 10¢ per minute to use this card from
the US.

Are there additional charges if I call a cellular phone overseas?
Yes.

Can I use the less2talk prepaid phone card to make calls from a
cell phone?
Yes.
You would place a call using the same instructions as stated in
question 5. You will be charged the long distance rates on the less2talk
card, and your cellular service provider will bill your airtime
and roaming charges.

If I still have a balance on my card can I transfer it to another
card?
Yes.
To transfer a balance, you would call the customer service toll
free number and a voice prompt will provide detailed instructions
on how to transfer the balance. You must have the card number for
the card you want to transfer to and from.
11.
Can I make another call once I've finished my first call without
having to re-enter my card number?
Yes.
Once you are finished the first call wait a few seconds to ensure
the first call has disconnected and then press **. You will then
be able to enter the second number you want to call.
